Happy Halloween from the Signal Vine team! On Monday, we hosted our annual Signal Spine Halloween party. This year's Harry Potter theme was a huge hit, with Quidditch, Butterbeer, and our own version of the Triwizard Tournament. Check out the pictures in this week's blog post.
Signal Vine is on the road again and this time we are heading West! We'll be attending and exhibiting at our first Educause. We will be exhibiting this Wednesday and Thursday. If you are attending Educause please stop by our booth #1869!
On Tuesday night, Signal Vine hosted our very first VIP Event in Washington, DC! Texters from Michigan, Oklahoma, Colorado, Utah, Ohio, Minnesota, Vermont, DC, and other states across the country came together to share their texting successes and network with other organizations. Attendees enjoyed a nacho bar and our signature "Text on the Beach" cocktail while mingling and taking snapshots in our photo booth.
The highlight of the evening was an exciting announcement about our recent projects and new features. Keep an eye out for upcoming blog posts about these new advancements!
The fireworks may be over, but we’re keeping the Independence Day spirit alive and well by spending the next two weeks in Washington, DC! We’ll be working with higher education institutions and college access organizations to support college access and success nationwide at two of our favorite conferences. Will you be there?
Financial aid professionals from around the country will be attending the 50th National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) conference to share best practices and finally learn what PPY means. Signal Vine will be at Booth #408, discussing how colleges use texting to increase FAFSA renewal rates and educate students about loan borrowing. Come early and you might just get some cool sunglasses to shade you from the DC sun.
