Six months ago, I joined the Signal Vine team as a Customer Success Associate. Ever wondered what our Customer Success team does behind the scenes? Here's a sneak peek! (PS - we're hiring!)
A Day in the Life of Customer Success:
Helping our customers. Whether it’s launching new customers, suggesting improvements to text messages, or checking in with customers to see how everything's going, I do it all! My job is to work with our engineering team to get customers up and running on the platform. My favorite part of the day is checking in with customers to help them make the most of their texting programs.
Training new texters. Every new customer is assigned to someone on our Customer Success team. I teach customers everything they need to know to start texting their students, from explaining the setup process to sharing best practices.
Testing programs. One thing I love about my job is the flexibility. I'm interested in engineering, so I get to work on both the Customer Success and Engineering teams at Signal Vine. I test new accounts and programs to make sure everything's working correctly before you start texting your students. You're in good hands!
Creating new content. Designing new user guides, creating new content for customers, and tackling any ad hoc projects are all be part of my role on the Customer Success team. We're always working to improve our customer experience, so new and exciting projects can arise at any time!
